Nuo šiol pastatų renovacija bus efektyvesnė
Įsigaliojus Aplinkos ministerijos parengtoms statybos techninio reglamento STR 2.01.02:2016 „Pastatų energinio naudingumo projektavimas ir sertifikavimas” pataisoms dėl modernizuojamų pastatų energinės klasės nuostatų pakeitimo, pastatų renovacija bus dar efektyvesnė.
Šio statybos techninio reglamento pataisose numatyta, kad renovuojamų pastatų energetinė klasė turės būti ne žemesnė kaip B (iki šiol ji turėjo būti ne mažesnė kaip C). Ši nauja tvarka bus taikoma tiems pastatams, kuriems leidimas modernizuoti pastatą ar jo dalį, kai statybą leidžiantys dokumentai neprivalomi, bus išduotas po 2024 m. sausio 1 d. bei statybos darbai pradėti po 2024 m. sausio 1 d. ir jie finansuojami Lietuvos Respublikos ar Europos Sąjungos biudžeto lėšomis.
Reglamento nuostatos negalios tais atvejais, kai Valstybės paramos daugiabučiams namams atnaujinti ar modernizuoti teikimo pasirašytoje sutartyje buvo numatyta C energinio naudingumo klasė.
Renovacijos procesas yra labai svarbus siekiant sumažinti pastatų energijos suvartojimą, išmetamųjų teršalų kiekį ir sąskaitas už energiją, todėl gyventojai, nusprendę renovuoti pastatus, mokės dar mažiau už šildymą bei prisidės prie švaresnės aplinkos išsaugojimo.
